What is Klaviyo?
Klaviyo makes it easy for eCommerce marketers or merchants to target, personalize, measure and optimize email and Facebook campaigns. It’s simple to pull in data from Shopify, point-of-sale software, and now, Recurring Orders.
How does it work?
Connecting Recurring Orders and Klaviyo allows you to gather valuable information about your subscribers during the purchase process and the subscription cancellation process. As a merchant, you can then use this information to communicate based on data-driven events and behaviors, through strategic email and social media campaigns.
