How our CRO team improved Cart Page conversions by 26%

A Cart Page redesign increased revenue by 52% 

Discount Hockey didn’t have a problem getting traffic to their site, but they couldn’t figure out why customers weren't completing their purchases.

The solution?
After running a heat map on the cart page, our CRO team redesigned the page, moving up the CTA to make it more visible. Not only did they increase conversions by 26% on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button, but the new version had a higher average revenue per visitor, with 38% more customers completing their purchases.

 

 

 


66% increase in wholesale requests by simplifying the CTA

EarthLED had a different problem: they came to our CRO team after noticing a large drop off of visitors adding products to the cart, and an unexplained decrease in volume requests.

The solution?
After completing a site audit, they decided to remove the Volume Quote button, and the new design showed a 12% improvement in 'Add to Cart' conversions. Not only that, the bigger win was an increase in volume requests by 66%. That’s a HUGE amount of wholesale business.
