In the very early days at Bold, long before we had perks like catered lunches, beer on tap, a VR room, massage chairs, a gym, arcades, ping-pong, Foosball tables and basketball courts, we had a simple dream. A dream to build a company that would be an amazing place to work, that wouldn't feel like work, and that we would love coming to every day.
We wanted to build a company where people could be creative, feel valued, trusted, and grow like never before. With this being one of our core goals, we are extremely honored that Bold has been nominated for the Spirit of Winnipeg "Wellness and Workplace Culture" award.

Bold has become known as the "Google of the North" and one of the fastest growing tech companies in Manitoba. In the past year, we've been fortunate enough to be winners of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and ranked by Deloitte as the 12th fastest growing tech company in Canada. It's been an amazing year all around, but to be nominated for an award that has been our goal since day one is very special.
